O projeto Plástico Zero é uma iniciativa da Pró-Reitoria de Pesquisa e Pós-Graduação da UFBA com o objetivo de conscientizar a comunidade acadêmica sobre a redução do consumo de plásticos de uso único no campus. A proposta do vídeo era traduzir um dado concreto (o volume de descarte diário) em algo chamasse a atenção e instigasse reflexão.
O desafio de comunicação aqui era específico: falar com um público universitário sobre um tema urgente sem cair no tom de campanha pesada ou alarmista. A direção foi criar uma peça visualmente acessível e com ritmo dinâmico, que comunicasse a escala do problema e propusesse uma saída de forma clara e direta.
Me responsabilizei pela identidade visual da campanha e pela criação e animação completa do vídeo, do conceito ao render final. O processo passou pela definição de paleta, tipografia e elementos gráficos, pela construção dos styleframes e pela animação em After Effects integrando motion graphics, ilustração e dados. O material foi entregue em múltiplos formatos para uso em diferentes canais digitais institucionais.
The Zero Plastic project is an initiative of the Pro-Rectorate for Research and Graduate Studies at UFBA (Federal University of Bahia) with the goal of raising awareness among the academic community about reducing the consumption of single-use plastics on campus. The video's purpose was to translate a concrete fact (the volume of daily waste) into something that would grab attention and provoke reflection.
The communication challenge here was specific: to speak to a university audience about an urgent topic without sounding like a heavy-handed or alarmist campaign. The direction was to create a visually accessible piece with a dynamic rhythm that communicated the scale of the problem and proposed a solution clearly and directly.
I was responsible for the campaign's visual identity and for the complete creation and animation of the video, from concept to final render. The process involved defining the palette, typography, and graphic elements, building the styleframes, and animating in After Effects, integrating motion graphics, illustration, and data. The material was delivered in multiple formats for use on different institutional digital channels.
